Objective To explore the application of diversified health education combined with psychological nursing based on feedback theory in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received multiple health education combined with psychological nursing based on feedback theory.The psychological state and dialysis compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression were not significantly different be-tween the two groups(P>0.05),and after intervention,the scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was low-er than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant differ-ence in compliance scores between the two groups(P=0.808),but after intervention,the scores of both groups were significantly im-proved(P=0.001),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion The diversified health educa-tion combined with psychological nursing based on feedback theory can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with mainte-nance hemodialysis and improve their dialysis cooperation.
