Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Chailing decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to No-vember 2023 were selected.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treat-ed with Chai Ling Tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,duration of symptoms and signs,length of hospital stay and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.67％higher(P＜0.05),the duration of symptoms,signs and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter(P＜0.05),and the levels of oxidative stress indexes were lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chailing Decoction has significant clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which may be related to the alle-viation of oxidative stress.
