摘要

心肌纤维化(myocardial fibrosis,MF)是以心脏成纤维细胞过度增殖、胶原沉积及异常分布为特征的心脏间质重构,可见于高血压、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病.MF是心肌重构的主要表现,可导致心肌僵硬度增加、心室舒张功能障碍、冠状动脉储备下降甚至引起心源性猝死.姜黄素是传统中药姜黄、莪术、郁金中多酚类活性成分,近年来被报道具有抗炎、抗氧化、改善纤维化作用.本研究综述姜黄素在心肌纤维化中的作用及最新研究机制,为姜黄素临床治疗应用提供参考依据.

Abstract

Myocardial fibrosis(MF)is an interstitial remodeling of myocardium characterized by excessive proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts,collagen deposition and abnormal distribution,which could be seen in various cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,myocardial infarction and heart failure.MF is the main manifestation of myocardial remodeling,which could lead to increased myocardial stiffness,ventricular diastolic dysfunction,decreased coronary flow reserve and even sudden cardiac death.Curcumin,the polyphenols extracted from traditional Chinese medicines such as Curcuma,Zedoary and Turmeric,has been reported to exert anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-fibrosis effects in recent years.Here we review the latest research of the role and mechanism of curcumin in myocardial fibrosis,thus to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of curcumin.
