摘要
心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases,CVD)是中国人群主要的死亡原因之一.心外膜脂肪组织(epicardial adipose tissue,EAT)是位于心肌和心包脏层之间的独特脂肪库,通过促炎、促纤维化、神经调节、葡萄糖和脂质代谢紊乱等机制在心血管疾病中发挥作用,是心血管疾病中一个重要的危险因素,也是心血管疾病治疗的新靶点.本文对EAT在冠状动脉疾病、心房颤动、心力衰竭和高血压等疾病发生发展中的作用进行阐述;探究EAT的靶向疗法改变心血管疾病预后的可能性.
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is one of the leading causes of death in the Chinese population.Epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)is a unique fat depot located between the myocardium and visceral pericardium,which plays roles in cardiovascular diseases through pro-inflammatory,pro-fibrotic,neuromodulatory,glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,and is an important risk factor in cardiovascular diseases,as well as a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,the roles of EAT in the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease,atrial fibrillation,heart failure andhypertensionare described;and the possibility of targeted therapy with EAT to change the prognosis of cardiovascular disease is explored.
