摘要

马克思主义理论素养作为领导干部综合素质的核心,对于其坚定政治信仰、站稳人民立场,拓宽理论视野、确立工作方向,增强党性修养、强化"三个自觉"具有重要意义.新时代提升领导干部马克思主义理论素养首先要构建"学、思、用"三位一体的学习要求,基于研读理论、培养思维和指导实践三方面,学习、领悟和运用马克思主义理论.通过阅读经典和领悟原理相统一,拓展理论学习的存量,让马克思主义理论往"心"里走;采用自我学习和集体学习相结合,提升理论学习的质量,让马克思主义理论往"深"里走;运用线下督导和线上引导相补充,增强理论学习的实效,让马克思主义理论往"实"里走,以全方位提升领导干部的马克思主义理论素养.

Abstract

Marxist theoretical literacy,as the core of the comprehensive quality of young cadres,is essential for them to firmly adhere to their political beliefs and stand firm in the position of the people;Expand theoretical per-spective and establish work direction;Enhance party spirit cultivation and strengthen the"three consciousnesses".To enhance the Marxist theoretical literacy of young cadres in the new era,the first step is to construct a learning requirement that integrates"learning,thinking,and application",and learn,comprehend,and apply Maxist theo-ry,based on the three aspects of studying theory,cultivating thinking,and guiding practice.By unifying reading clas-sics and comprehending principles,we can expand the stock of theoretical learning and guide Marxist theory to-wards the"heart";Combining self-learning with collective learning to improve the quality of theoretical learning and"deepen"Marxist theory;By adopting offline supervision and online guidance to supplement,we aim to en-hance the effectiveness of theoretical learning,enable Marxist theory to move towards"reality",and comprehen-sively enhance the Marxist theoretical literacy of young cadres.
