Since the 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put for-ward a series of important exposition on youth and youth work on different occasions which are pioneering and ep-ochal.The arguments and thoughts,which are rich in context and pregnant with meaning,inherit and develop the Marxist view of youth.They are the theoretical outcomes of youth education practice with Chinese characteristics,as well as the the ideological guide and action plan for improving the level of youth education and promoting youth de-velopment in the new era.In the new period of history,it should integrate the ideals of young people into the cause of the country and the nation through multi-interaction and joint education;strengthen learning and arm themselves in order to let learning and doing become the sailing power of young people;devote to practice,willing to contrib-ute,let the youth hone into the spiritual wealth of life,thus encouraging young people to grow up and enabling them to become new people worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation.
