共同富裕视域下劳动精神培育的价值意蕴与实践路径

摘要
共同富裕是全体人民的共同富裕,是人民的物质生活和精神生活的共同富裕,也是社会主义的本质要求.弘扬和培育劳动精神是实现共同富裕的必然要求.新时代劳动精神的基本内涵集中体现为崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、辛勤劳动和诚实劳动四个方面,内在地彰显着共同富裕的价值理性.劳动精神的培育能够为推动实现共同富裕凝聚思想共识、夯实物质基础和提供人才支撑.新时代,在共同富裕进程中充分发挥劳动精神培育的价值意蕴,需要积极营造弘扬和培育劳动精神的良好社会风尚、着力加强劳动精神培育的实践养成,并不断完善劳动精神培育的保障机制等.
Abstract
Common prosperity is the common prosperity of all people,the common prosperity of their material and spiritual lives,and the essential requirement of socialism.Promoting and cultivating the spirit of labor is an inevita-ble requirement for achieving common prosperity.The basic connotation of the labor spirit in the new era is concen-trated in four aspects:advocating labor,loving labor,working hard,and working honestly,which inherently dem-onstrates the value rationality of common prosperity.The cultivation of labor spirit can promote the realization of common prosperity,consolidate ideological consensus,consolidate material foundation,and provide talent support.In the new era,in order to fully leverage the value and significance of cultivating labor spirit in the process of com-mon prosperity,it is necessary to actively create a good social trend that promotes and cultivates labor spirit,focus on strengthening the practical cultivation of labor spirit,and continuously improve the guarantee mechanism for la-bor spirit cultivation.
