摘要
中国倡导的"一带一路"经过十余年发展,内涵和范围不断升级,话语不断丰富.人类命运共同体价值通过"五通"共建框架,从政治、经济、文化三大维度全方面促进了"一带一路"共建国家和地区可持续发展.基于合作基础与合作现状,共建国家与地区建立各自的话语立场、形成不同的语言内容进行表达沟通,这是"一带一路"话语的深层次影响机制.未来应深入挖掘话语内涵、设计针对性表达,澄清不当言论,持续从政治、经济、文化方面深化"一带一路"合作伙伴关系,用人类命运共同体理念推动"一带一路"共建.
Abstract
After more than ten years of development,the"Belt and Road"advocated by China has continuously up-graded its connotation and scope and enriched its discourse.The value of a community with a shared future for man-kind has promoted the sustainable development of countries and regions under the"Belt and Road"from the three dimensions of politics,economy and culture through the"Five-Pronged Approach"co-construction framework.Based on the cooperation basis and current situation,countries and regions jointly build their own discourse posi-tions and form different language content for expression and communication,which is the deep influence mechanism of the"Belt and Road"discourse.In the future,we should dig deeper into the connotation of discourse,design tar-geted expressions,clarify inappropriate remarks,continue to deepen the"Belt and Road"partnership from the po-litical,economic and cultural aspects,and promote the joint construction of the"Belt and Road"with the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.
