全过程人民民主视阈下的延安时期党外人士座谈会

摘要
争取民主是中国共产党走向革命胜利的政治诉求,也是中国共产党一贯坚持的政治原则.延安时期,在抗日民族统一战线的指引下,边区"三三制"政权得以建立.中国共产党在与非党人士的合作过程中,将党外人士座谈会作为"三三制"补充形式创立起来.延安时期党外人士座谈会,在民主实践及制度形成等方面探索和培育了全过程人民民主的内涵,并为中国共产党的治理模式及其政治文化形塑奠定了基础.在中国式现代化进程中,党外人士座谈会作为统一战线的民主形式,深深内构于全过程人民民主的肌理之中.
Abstract
Striving for democracy is the political appeal of the CPC for the victory of the revolution,and it is also the political principle that the Communist Party of China has always adhered to.During the Yan'an period,under the guidance of the Chinese United Front against Japanese Aggression,the"three three system"political power in the border areas was established.In the process of cooperation with non-party members,the Communist Party of China established forums for non-party members as a supplementary form.During the Yan'an period,the symposi-um for non-party members explored and cultivated the connotation of people's democracy throughout the entire process in democratic practice and institutional formation,and laid the foundation for the shaping of the governance model and political culture of the Communist Party of China.In the process of Chinese path to modernization,as a democratic form of the united front,the non-party symposium is deeply embedded in the texture of people's de-mocracy in the whole process.
