新时代高校劳动教育与思政教育融合发展探析

摘要
劳动教育与思政教育是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的有力抓手.因二者在培养目标、内容、途径等方面存在着深层次的内在逻辑联系,所以越来越多的高校认识到劳动教育与思政教育融合发展的必要性,并逐步开展了双育融合育人工作.然而,不少高校因受双育融合发展理念偏颇、专业师资不足、机制构建虚化、平台建设滞后等因素制约,还存在着对双育融合发展重视不够、融合程度不深入、融合方式较简单等问题.对此,高校应通过加大宣传力度、优化师资队伍、构建多元机制、加快平台建设等对策来提升双育融合发展成效.
Abstract
Labor education and ideological and political education is the powerful starting points for colleges and u-niversities in the new era to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.Because of the deep internal logical connection between the two in terms of training objectives,contents and approaches,more and more colleges and u-niversities realize the necessity of the integrated development of labor education and ideological and political educa-tion,and gradually develop the work of dual education integration.However,many colleges and universities are re-stricted by such factors as biased concept of dual education integration development,lack of professional teachers,empty mechanism construction and lagging platform construction,and there are still problems such as insufficient attention to the dual education integration development,the not deep degree of integration,and the relatively simple way of integration.In this regard,colleges and universities can enhance the effect of the integrated development of dual education by strengthening the publicity,optimizing the teaching staff,building a diversified mechanism,ac-celerating the construction of platforms and other countermeasures.
