摘要
新时代党中央对新闻出版工作与编辑队伍建设提出了更高的标准和要求,高校学报作为传播学术成果和促进学术交流的重要载体,肩负着文化强国的重任.学报的高质量发展离不开高素质的编辑人才,因此,具有良好核心素养的编辑队伍是高质量学报发展的重要保证.新时代高校学报编辑的核心素养是一个多元多维的集合体,是编辑在新时代学术期刊办刊宗旨指引下需要具备的专业素质和职业能力,具体包括政治素养、专业素养、学术素养和创新素养.通过加强政治学习、强化专业能力、加深知识储备与增强创新意识,可以有效地提升高校学报编辑的核心素养,从而切实地促进新时代高校学报全面健康的发展.
Abstract
The Central Committee of the Party in the new era has put forward higher standards and requirements for news and publishing work,as well as for the construction of editorial teams.University journals,as important carri-ers for disseminating academic achievements and promoting academic exchanges,bear the responsibility of enhan-cing our cultural strength as a nation.The high-quality development of these journals relies on a highly skilled edi-torial workforce.Therefore,an editorial team with strong core competencies is essential to ensure the quality of these journals.In the new era,the core competencies required for editors of university journals form a diverse and multidimensional set of qualities.These primarily refer to the professional qualities and vocational abilities that edi-tors need to possess under the guidance of the mission of academic journal publication in the new era.Specifically,these competencies include political literacy,professional expertise,academic competence,and innovative think-ing.By strengthening political learning,strengthening professional ability,deepening knowledge reserve and enhan-cing innovation awareness,we can effectively enhance the core competencies of editors for university journals.This,in turn,will genuinely promote the comprehensive and healthy development of university journals in the new era.
