摘要
勇于自我革命,从严管党治党,是我们党最鲜明的品格.以党的自我监督保障"不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐"一体推进,凝结着以习近平同志为核心的党中央对解决大党独有难题的深刻洞察.从党风廉政建设的视角看,中国共产党自我监督内涵丰富,包含以"惩戒、执纪、警示"为内核的"不敢腐"自我监督体系、以"责任、制度、格局"为内核的"不能腐"自我监督体系和以"教育、激励、文化"为内核的"不想腐"自我监督体系.在中国式现代化进程中,有必要进一步强化从源头到末梢的自我监督体制机制,以系统观念持续提升党的自我监督质效.
Abstract
Remaining committed to self-revolution and ensuring strict governance over the Party is the most distinc-tive character of the CPC.The self-supervision of the Party guarantees the integrated advancement of"not daring to be corrupt,not being able to be corrupt,not wanting to be corrupt",reflecting the great creativity of the CPC Cen-tral Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in the new era of Party governance,and condensing the pro-found insight into solving unique problems of a large party like the CPC.From the perspective of Party conduct im-provement,self-supervision of the CPC is rich in connotations,including the self-supervision system of"not dar-ing to be corrupt"with the kernel of"punishment,discipline,and warning",and the self-supervision system of"responsibility,system,and pattern"with the kernel of"responsibility,system,and pattern",the self-supervi-sion system of"not daring to be corrupt"with the core of"punishment,discipline and warning",the self-supervi-sion system of"not being able to be corrupt"with the core of"responsibility,system and pattern",and the self-supervision system of"not wanting to be corrupt"with the core of"education,incentive and culture".In the process of Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary to further strengthen the self-supervision system and mecha-nism from the source to the end,and continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Party's self-supervi-sion with a systematic concept.
