Influencing Factors and Optimization Path of Provincial Government's Integrated Government Service Ability——Qualitative Comparative Analysis Based on 12 Provinces in Western China
The provincial government's integrated government service ability is related to the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability.This paper takes 12 provincial governments in western China as samples for qualitative comparative analysis to explore the influence of configuration path of each conditional varia-ble on the integrated government service ability of provincial governments in Western China.The results show that the government system and the degree of public demand are the key factors affecting the integrated government serv-ice ability of provincial governments in the western region,while the big data technology ability and financial re-sources ability have relatively little influence on it.The suitable paths of demand-driven,institutional-oriented,and comprehensive linkage provide beneficial references for the optimization of provincial government service ability in Western China.
