摘要
牢记党的"根本问题"是百余年来中国共产党谋事创业的宝贵历史经验,也是新时代推进"两个全面"的必然要求,二者之间存在着密切的逻辑关联.从理论逻辑来看,《中国共产党章程》对党的"根本问题"作了根本规定,既坚持了马克思主义政党最一般的本质,又赋予其新的内涵,展现了党不断与时俱进的可贵品质;从历史逻辑来看,中国共产党人把对"根本问题"的牢记植根于实现现代化这个发展的关键问题上,以一个又一个伟大成就彰显"根本问题"的生命力;从实践逻辑来看,实现"两个全面"的目标充满挑战,其内在地要求党在自我革命、独立自主、团结奋斗和国际情怀四个方面持续发力,在发展方向、重点领域上凸显党的"根本问题"的时代性、世界性和示范性.
Abstract
Keeping in mind the"fundamental issues"of the Party is the valuable historical experience of the CPC in the businesses of Party building and development over the past century,and it is also the inevitable requirement of promoting the"two comprehensives"in the new era.There exists close logical relationship between the two.In terms of theoretical logic,the Constitution of the Communist Party of China lays down fundamental provisions on the"fundamental issues"of the Party,which means that the Chinese Communist Party not only adheres to the most general essence of a Marxist political party but also endows it with new connotations,demonstrating the valuable quality of the party's continuous progress with the times.In terms of historical logic,the people of the CPC have taken the key issue of modernization as the root of their memory of"fundamental issues",and verified the vitality of"fundamental issues"with great achievements one after another;In terms of practical logic,achieving the goals of the"two comprehensives"is full of challenges by internally requiring the Party to continuously exert efforts in reali-zing self-revolution,independence,unity and struggle,and internationalism.Moreover,these internal characteris-tics manifested the timeliness,global significance,and exemplary nature of the party's fundamental issues in the direction of development and key areas.
