摘要
新中国成立初期,中国共产党秉承重视纪律、严明纪律的光荣传统,在推进党的纪律建设方面进行了卓有成效的探索,积累了行之有效的经验.通过系统的思想政治教育,提高党员干部严守纪律的认识与觉悟;建立务实高效、精细具体的管理制度,扎牢纪律建设的制度基础;严格要求党的高级干部,切实提升纪律建设的实效;有针对性地开展主题纪律教育活动,着重解决党内纪律建设的突出问题;老一辈无产阶级革命家身先垂范,营造良好的纪律氛围.总结新中国成立初期党的纪律建设的基本经验,有助于深化对党的纪律建设的长期性和必要性的理解和认识,为新时代党的纪律教育与纪律建设提供历史启迪.
Abstract
In the early days of the founding of New China,the CPC,adhering to the glorious tradition of attaching importance to discipline,has made fruitful exploration in promoting the Party's discipline construction,and accu-mulated effective experience.Firstly,through systematic ideological and political education,the CPC improves the awareness and consciousness of party members;Secondly,the CPC establishes practical,efficient,refined and specific management systems,and consolidates the institutional foundation of disciplinary construction;Thirdly,the CPC strictly demands senior Party cadres to effectively enhance the effectiveness of disciplinary construction;Fouthly,the CPC carries out targeted disciplinary education activities with a focus on addressing prominent issues in the construction of discipline within the Party;Lastly,by setting an example of the older generation,it creates a good atmosphere of discipline.Summarizing the basic experience of party discipline construction in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China can help deepen our understanding and recognition of the long-term and necessary nature of party discipline construction,and provide historical inspiration for party discipline construction in the new era.
