摘要
中国共产党的宣传工作有着光荣的历史传统,是克敌制胜的法宝.回溯党史百余年,中国共产党与外部世界、特别是与西方国家的正式交往起于延安时期.在延安的十三年,党中央把外交与外宣结合起来,通过设立交际处、出版刊物、办广播等措施,践行党的对外宣传工作方针,开展了卓有成效的工作,把党在民主革命时期的对外宣传工作推向高潮,在国内外产生了积极广泛的影响,为巩固抗日民族统一战线发挥了重要的作用.在起步中国式现代化的当下,将党史研究和海外中国学研究相结合,更加深入地梳理这一时期的文献档案,系统地做好延安外宣经验的分析和研究,对讲好中国共产党故事有着积极的现实意义和启示作用.
Abstract
The propaganda work of the Communist Party of China has a glorious historical tradition and is a magic weapon to overcome the enemy.Looking back at the history of the Party for a hundred years,the formal exchanges between the Communist Party of China and the outside world,especially with Western countries,began in the Yan'an period.During the thirteen years in Yan'an,the Party Central Committee combined diplomacy with exter-nal publicity,implemented the Party's policy on external publicity by setting up a liaison office,publishing publi-cations,broadcasting and other measures,and carried out effective work,bringing the Party's external publicity work in the period of democratic revolution to a climax,and producing positive and extensive influences at home and abroad.It played an important role in consolidating the anti-Japanese national united front.At the beginning of the Chinese modernization,combining the study of Party history with the study of overseas Chinese studies,com-bing the documents and archives of this period more deeply,and doing a good job in the experience analysis and re-search of Yan'an external publicity will have positive practical significance and inspiration for telling the story of the Communist Party of China well.
