摘要
智慧化环境治理是 5G、互联网、大数据以及人工智能等技术深度融合背景下产生的一种新型环境治理模式.近年来,我国农村地区在智慧化环境治理方面虽然取得了一些成效,但是仍然存在资金投入不足、大数据支撑较弱以及专业人才匮乏等问题.为此,要切实增强农民环保意识,加大资金支持力度,建立智慧化环境治理大数据平台,强化专业人才队伍建设,构建农村智慧化环境治理体系,有力提升我国农村地区智慧化环境治理水平,进一步夯实我国生态文明建设之根基.
Abstract
Intelligent environmental governance is a new mode of environmental governance arising from the deep in-tegration of 5G,Internet,big data and artificial intelligence technologies.In recent years,although China's rural areas have achieved some achievements in intelligent environmental governance,there are still problems such as in-sufficient capital investment,weak big data support and lack of professional talents.Therefore,we should improve the environmental awareness of farmers,increase the financial support,establish the big data platform of intelligent environmental governance,strengthen the construction of professional talents and construct the system of intelligent environmental governance in rural areas,effectively improve the level of intelligent environmental governance in ru-ral areas,and help to further consolidate our ecological civilization construction system foundation.
