延安时期党内政治文化建设及其基本经验

摘要
延安时期,面对复杂严峻的斗争形势,中国共产党高度重视党内政治文化建设,通过确立毛泽东思想指导地位,坚持正确的政治方向、锻造伟大的延安精神,坚定党员干部政治信仰、创新政治文化传播方式,增强党员干部政治情感等,对党内政治文化建设进行了深入探索,充分发挥了党内政治文化的政治动员、政治教化和政党形象塑造等功能.延安时期党内政治文化建设积累了宝贵经验,即必须坚持发挥思想建设和制度建设的保障作用、坚持以延安精神为核心站稳筑牢价值立场、坚持以问题为导向驱动党内政治文化建设等,这对新时代构建积极健康的党内政治文化具有重要借鉴价值.
Abstract
During the Yan'an period,in the face of the complex and severe struggle situation,the CPC attached great importance to the construction of political culture within the Party.By establishing the guiding position of Mao Zedong Thought,adhering to the correct value orientation,forging the great Yan'an spirit,strengthening the politi-cal beliefs of party cadres members,innovating the way of political culture dissemination,and strengthening the po-litical feelings of party cadres members,the CPC made in-depth exploration of the construction of political culture within the Party,and gave full play to the functions of political mobilization,political enlightenment,and Party im-age building of the political culture within the Party.During the Yan'an period,valuable experience was accumula-ted in the construction of political culture within the Party,which includes adhering to the guarantee role of ideolog-ical and institutional construction,adhering to taking Yan'an spirit as the core and firmly establishing a value stand-point,and driving the construction of Party political culture with problem orientation.This has important reference value for building a positive and healthy Party political culture in the new era.
