摘要
八路军三五九旅屯田南泥湾前后,中国共产党发扬和践行了调查研究的优良传统.1939 年 2 月,李富春要求调查土地,是三五九旅屯田南泥湾的历史前提;1940 年,陕甘宁边区森林考察团关于南泥湾的调查研究,成为南泥湾大生产调查研究的先声;朱德等实地考察南泥湾后,中共中央、毛泽东决定三五九旅屯田南泥湾.进驻南泥湾后,三五九旅践行调查研究,这是南泥湾大生产取得伟大成就的基本经验之一,生动体现了中国共产党人重视调查研究的优良传统.新时代弘扬南泥湾精神,要加强调查研究,不断提高调查研究能力.
Abstract
The CPC carried forward and practiced the fine tradition of investigation and research before and after the 359th Brigade of the Eighth Route Army reclaiming wasteland in Nanniwan.In February 1939,Li Fuchun requested the land investigation,which was the historical prerequisite for the 359th Brigade to reclaim wasteland in Nanni-wan;In 1940,the forest investigation team of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region conducted an investiga-tion and research on Nanniwan,which became the precursor to the large-scale production investigation and re-search in Nanniwan;After Zhu De and others conducted an on-site inspection of Nanniwan,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Mao Zedong decided to garrison the 359th Brigade in Nanniwan.After entering Nanniwan,the 359th Brigade vigorously promoted the investigation and research,which was one of the basic expe-riences of the great achievements in the large-scale production of Nanniwan,and vividly reflected the fine tradition of the Chinese Communists attaching importance to investigation and research.To promote the spirit of Nanniwan in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen investigation and research,and continuously improve investigation and re-search capabilities.
