摘要
20 世纪五六十年代,由于参加水利水保运动的劳动力不足,加之当时妇女政治觉悟普遍提高,在政府动员并提供相应制度保障的背景下,陕西妇女克服社会偏见、自身顾虑、家庭反对等阻力,通过参加劳动、捐献物资等方式积极投身于水利水保运动之中.陕西妇女在水利水保运动中呈现出参与人数多、劳动热情高、持续时间长等特点,这是政府号召与个人主动作为互相促进的结果.妇女参加水利水保运动,不仅加快了水利水保运动的进度,还改变了社会对妇女的评价,提高了妇女的家庭地位,对当时弘扬社会新风尚、解放女性具有重要意义,是新中国成立后人民当家作主的真实体现.
Abstract
In the 1950s and 1960s,due to the shortage of labor force to participate in the water conservancy and soil conservation movement,and the general improvement of women's political consciousness,and the mobilization and organization of women by the government and the provision of corresponding institutional guarantees,women in Shaanxi overcame social prejudice,self-concern,family opposition and other obstacles,and actively participated in the water conservancy and soil conservation movement by engaging in physical and technical labor related to wa-ter conservancy and soil conservation,donating materials and other ways.This kind of movement has the character-istics of large number of participants,high enthusiasm for labor,and long duration.Women's participation in the water conservancy and soil conservation movement is the result of the combination of government call and individual initiative.Women's participation in the water conservancy and soil conservation movement has accelerated the pro-gress of the water conservancy and soil conservation movement,changed the social evaluation of women,improved women's family and social status,and is of great significance to carrying forward the new social fashion,liberating women.It is a true reflection of the people's ownership of the country in the new era.
