摘要
"大思政课"打破了思政课的时空限制,体现了本源性、辩证性、开放性和整体性的统一.它强调思政小课堂和社会大课堂的结合,赋予其鲜明的社会实践性."大思政课"视域下,教师把握大趋势、整合大资源、争取大多数、转化大成果等社会实践能力,成为推进"大思政课"建设的关键问题.在此背景下提升教师社会实践能力,既要加强社会协同机制建设,也要加快自我养成机制培育.辩证唯物主义强调事物运动的绝对性和静止的相对性,故"大思政课"视域下探讨思政课教师实践能力结构及其养成也是一个动态发展过程.
Abstract
The"big ideological and political course"breaks the limitation of time and space of ideological and polit-ical course,embodies the unity of origin,dialectic,openness and integrity.It emphasizes the combination of small ideological and political classes and large social classes,giving them distinct social practice.From the perspective of"big ideological and political course",teachers need to have the ability of grasping the big trend,integrating the big resources,striving for the majority,transforming the big achievements and other social practice,which is the key issue to promote the construction of"big ideological and political course".With the help of"big ideological and political courses",to improve teachers'social practice ability,we should not only strengthen the construction of social cooperation mechanism,but also accelerate the cultivation of self-cultivation mechanism.Dialectical mate-rialism emphasizes the absoluteness of the movement of things and the relativity of stillness.Therefore,it is a dy-namic development process to discuss the structure and cultivation of teachers'practical ability under the perspec-tive of"big ideological and political course".
