For a long time, there has been an idealized, closed, and segmented analytical approach in the theoreti-cal community, ignoring the multidimensional and diverse relationship between government and market. Examining the relationship between government and market requires adhering to the triple perspective of era, culture, and sys-tem. From the perspective of the times, the relationship between government and market in a given era cannot be expanded into a"universal model"that spans any time and space. From a cultural perspective, the positioning differences in the relationship between government and market are the product of the long-term evolution of differ-ent civilizations, with their inherent rationality and sustainability. From an institutional perspective, the relationship between government and market is endogenous in different institutional structures. Under the capitalist system, the handling of the relationship between government and market naturally favors capital, while under the socialist sys-tem,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of taking the people as the center.
