As ecological environment and sustainable development have attracted increasing attention,research on green management in micro-organizations has increasingly become the focus of academic and industry attention. As a key market entity in the realization of"dual-carbon"goals,the green transformation of management activities of small and medium-sized enterprises is not only related to the sustainable development of enterprises themselves. It is more related to the implementation of the national green development strategy and the overall situation of global climate governance. To innovate the green human resource management of SMEs,it is necessary to overcome the obstacles such as the need to strengthen the supporting role of external forces and the lack of endogenous power of green human resource management of SMEs,and adopt strategies such as improving the green ability of employees,strengthening the green motivation of employees,providing green opportunities for employees and promoting the har-mony of the"three states"of employees to promote the green and healthy development of SMEs.
