Higher education is facing a global environment of internationalization,informatization,and marketiza-tion. Being more inclusive,equal and sustainable has become the new vision of higher education development. The modernization,internationalization,and sustainable development of education are also the inherent requirements for the high-quality development of higher education in China. The traditional education model can not meet the re-quirements of contemporary education,so it is urgent to construct a new ecology for higher education. Drawing on the integrity and diversity of the ecosystem,and upholding the concept of sustainable development of teachers and students,this paper explores the construction of a new ecosystem for higher education from five aspects:moral edu-cation,classroom teaching,school management,comprehensive evaluation,and campus environment to construct the ecological organism for higher education,and promote the sustainable development of higher education.
