Study on the mechanism of polarization of macrophages induced by Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides
To investigate the effect of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides on macrophage polarization, the changes in the polarization status of macrophages were detected after exogenous Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide was used to simulate mouse macrophages RAW264.7,and the molecular mechanism of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide included polarization of macrophages was explored. The results showed that the stimulation of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides could promote M1 macrophage polarization, and the polarization process activated the NF-κB pathway involved in inflammatory immune response, which initially revealed the mechanism of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides induced polarization of macrophages, and provided a theoretical basis for further understanding of the regulation of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide on body immunity.
