Preparation and adsorption properties of multi-ion imprinted membranes
Using Zn2+,Co2+,Cr3+and Pb2+as mixed templates, dithizone as chelating agent,APTES as functional monomer,TEOS as crosslinking agent, and PVDF as base membrane,multi-ion imprinted membranes(MIIM)with high adsorption capacity and good specific recognition ability for template ions were successfully synthesized by gel sol method. The morphology of MIIM was characterized by SEM,and the adsorption properties of MIIM were compared with that of multi-ion imprinted polymer(MIIP).The results showed that the adsorption capacity of MIIM for Zn2+,Co2+,Cr3+and Pb2+was 1.71,1.43,1.60 and 9.03 times that of MIIP respectively, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 21.32,11.21,12.72 and 25.97 mg·g-1 respectively. The four template ions of MIIM had good adsorption selectivity in the presence of competing ions(Cu2+、Ni2+、Fe2+).The specific factor(SP)values for Ni2+and Fe2+of MIIM were between 4.86 and 8.34,and the SP values for Cu2+were between 3.58 and 3.92.At the same time,MIIM can be regenerated several times without significantly reducing the adsorption capac-ity,which has a good application prospect in the field of wastewater treatment and sample pretreatment.
