In order to explore the prevention and treatment of Rhizoctonia solani from the formation of sclerotinia sclerotium,the infected plants of Rhizoctonia solani were collected from the field and the strains were isolated and purified.The structure and function of CYP450 gene were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis software.It was concluded that CYP450 may be a hydrophilic protein without a transmembrane sequence,encoded by 397 amino acids and containing signal peptides.The expression of CYP450 gene during sclerotium formation of Rhizoctonia solani was studied by real-time quantitative PCR to explore the role of CYP450 in sclerotium formation.The results showed that the expression level of CPY450 gene was significantly different in the process of sclerotium formation,and the expression level of CPY450 gene was low in the mycelial stage.The expression of sclerotium gradually increased after sclerotia formation,that is CYP450 may be involved in the sclerotium formation of Rhizoctonia solani.The results provide theoretical basis for the prevention control of maize sheath blight and breeding of disease resistant.
