陕北地区农居建筑新型太阳能系统研究

以太阳能资源利用最大化为原则,提出太阳能光电、光热联动系统与农居建筑一体化设计,其中太阳能光伏系统提供农居建筑日常用电和采暖系统辅助用电,太阳能光热系统提供生活热水和冬季低温地板辐射采暖.以陕北地区典型农居建筑为对象,利用Revit软件建立太阳能联动系统与建筑一体化三维模型,通过对新型太阳能系统进行经济效益和环境效益预评价,可得动态投资回收期(Pt')为8年,内部收益率(IRR)为15.1%,即8年内可回收投资成本,内部收益率大于基准收益率,方案在经济上可行;新型太阳能系统一年降低二氧化碳排放量约为7.1 t,全寿命周期内降低二氧化碳排放总量约为177.5 t.新型太阳能系统丰富了太阳能技术在陕北民居建筑中的应用,对建筑领域实现"双碳"目标具有重要意义.
Research on the new solar energy system of rural residential buildings in northern Shaanxi
Based on the principle of maximizing the utilization of solar energy resources,the integrated design system of solar photovoltaic and photothermal technology was proposed.The solar photovoltaic system is used to provide daily electricity for rural residential buildings and auxiliary electricity for heating system,and the solar photothermal system is used to provide domestic hot water and low-temperature floor radiation heating in winter.Taking typical residential buildings in northern Shaanxi as the object,Revit software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of solar energy system and building integration.Through pre-evaluation of economic and environmental benefits of the new solar energy system,Payback period is 8 years,Internal rate of return is 15.1%,that is,the dynamic investment recovery period is greater than the life cycle,the internal rate of return is greater than the benchmark rate of return.The programme is economically viable;The new solar system will reduce CO2 emissions by 7.1 t in one year and 177.5 t in the whole life cycle.The new solar energy system has enriched the ap-plication of solar energy technology in the residential buildings in northern Shaanxi,and is of great significance for achieving the"Double carbon"goal in the building sector.
