基于一二课堂动态转换的"岗课赛证"融合模式

高职教育的跨界性、高等性和职业性决定了"岗课赛证"融合课程的开发逻辑、组织逻辑和运行逻辑."岗课赛证"融合中,"岗课"融合是主线,"证"是"岗课"融合的评价反馈机制,"赛"是"岗课"融合的激励反馈机制."岗课赛证"融合人才培养方案制定应以行业企业调研为逻辑起点,通过"调归梳、增转删"并参照"证""赛"标准,形成新的课程体系.新增加的教学内容可依据不同情形分别纳入第一,第二课堂.条件变化后可以相互转换,形成基于第一,第二课堂动态转换的"岗课赛证"融合课程模式.避免融合过程对现有教学秩序产生"刚性冲击",使"岗课赛证"融合课程实施更加方便、科学、有效.
The Integration Mode of"Post-Course Competition Certificate"Based on the Dynamic Transformation Between the First and Second Class
The cross-border,high-level and professional nature of higher vocational education determines the development,organization and operation logic of the integrated curriculum of"Post-Class Competition Certificate".In the integration of"post-course competition certificate",the integration of post and class is the main line,the certificate is the evaluation feedback mechanism of the integration of post and class,and the competition is the incentive feedback mechanism of the integration of post and class.The formulation of the training scheme of"post-course competition certificate"should take the investigation of industry enterprises as the logical starting point,and form a new curriculum system by"investigation merging combing and adding transferring deleting"and referring to the standards of"certificate"and"competition".The new teaching contents can be incorporated into the first and second classes according to different situations.After the change of conditions,they can be mutually converted,forming a"post-class competition certificate"integrated curriculum model based on the dynamic conversion of the first and second classes.It can avoid the"rigid impact"of the integration process on the existing teaching order,and make the implementation of the"post-course competition certificate"integration course more convenient,scientific and effective.
