Effects of compound lactobacillus on performance of broilers
To investigate the effects of adding compound microbial feed additives composed of Lactoba-cillus brucei,Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus fermenti to broiler diets on growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and blood indexes of broilers. Two hundred broiler chicks of the same age, good health and no significant difference in body weight were selected for the experiment. The breed was AA chickens. The ywere divided into control group(broilers were fed a basal diet)and experimental group(broilers were fed a diet supplemented with compound microbial additives, the supplemental amount was 6 g·kg 1).The experiment was divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 broilersin each replicate. The results showed that compared with the control group, the daily gain, evisceration rate, half—evisceration rate and growth hormone(GH)content of AA chickens in the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the slaughter rate was signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05),at the same time, the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),IgA and IgG in the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the cooking loss and drip loss of broilers in the experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the shearforce of broilers in the experimental groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),while there were no significant differences in other indexes. In summary, adding microbial feed additives to AA chicken diet can effectively improve the production performance and slaughter performance of broilers, and improve the immune function of broilers.
