Analysis on spatio-temporal changes and obstacle factors of the coordination between land intensive use and urbanization
As the carrier of economic activities, the development and utilization level of land is related to the high-quality development of economy. In this study, the spatial differences between land intensive use and urbanization coordination were analyzed by trend analysis and coefficient of variation method. The spatial autocorrelation of coordination was discussed by ArcGIS and GeoDa,and the obstacle factors of coordination were analyzed. The results showed that in 2010,the moderate disorder was concentrated in the central region, the mild disorder was concentrated in the southeast coast and the west, and the borderline disorder and the reluctant coordination were concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In 2021,the mild disorder was concentrated in the west, borderline disorder and reluctant coordination were concentrated in the middle, and primary and intermediate coordination were concentrated in the east. The degree of variation of coordination effect was stable, and the global Moran's index showed that coordination effect has a significant and stable positive correlation feature in space. In 2010,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region had an obvious high and high cluster type, while Guangdong had an obvious high and low cluster type.In 2021,Shanghai and Jiangsu were the new types of high and high cluster type, and Xinjiang,Qinghai,Sichuan and Yunnan were the new low and low cluster type. The hindrance factors of coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and southeast coastal area are concentrated in economic level, industrial structure and construction land area, but the impact degree is different.
