摘要
产业振兴是乡村全面振兴的必由之路,也是农业农村现代化的必然要求.新质生产力的发展为乡村产业发展开拓了新契机,有助于推动乡村产业发展转型升级、提质增效、低碳循环.现阶段,新质生产力赋能乡村产业发展面临着技术创新能力不足、生产要素约束趋紧、主体带动能力不足、基础设施建设滞后等现实困境.为此,需要构建科技创新体系、优化生产要素配置、加强经营主体培育、完善新型基础设施等路径来促进乡村产业高质量、可持续发展.
Abstract
Industrial revitalization is the only way to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and it is also the inevitable requirement of agricultural and rural modernization.The development of new quality productivity has opened up new opportunities for the development of rural industries,helping to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial development,enhance the quality and efficiency,and promote the low-carbon cycle.At present,the development of rural industries enabled by new quality productivity is faced with such realistic dilemmas as insufficient technological innovation ability,tight constraints on production factors,insufficient main body driving ability and lagging infrastructure construction and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to build a scientific and technological innovation system,optimize the allocation of production factors,strengthen the cultivation of business entities,and improve new infrastructure to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of rural industries.
