Comparative study on the components of ginseng fruit pulp in the main ginseng producing areas of Changbai Mountain
Ginseng fruit pulp is rich in various nutrients and has high health care value and medicinal value.In order to make full use of ginseng resources,this study used ginseng fruit pulp from three main producing areas(Tonghua County,Antu County,Baishan City)and two types(Korean ginseng and local ginseng)of Changbai Mountain ginseng as test materials,and measured the content of 7 ginsenosides,proteins and 16 amino acids by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and other experimental methods,and analyzed the components of total saponins,proteins and amino acids one by one.The results showed that the content of total saponins and total amino acids in Korean ginseng was higher than that in local ginseng.In the fruit pulp of Korean ginseng from different regions,the total saponin content and total amino acid content are the highest in Liangjiang Town,Antu County;The content of 7 ginsenosides in the fruit pulp of Korean ginseng in Liangjiang Town was significantly higher than that in the other two regions;The content of 9 and 7 amino acids in the fruit pulp of Korean ginseng in Changbai County and Liangjiang towns were significantly higher than those in the other two areas,respectively;and the protein content is highest in Changbai County.The nutritional content of local ginseng fruit pulp in different regions is generally higher in Antu area than in Baishan area.This study provides a theoretical basis for formulating the quality standard of ginseng fruit pulp and resource utilization in Changbai Mountain,and provides a scientific basis for further development of ginseng fruit pulp.
