Research on quality evaluation indicators related to the antioxidant spectrum and efficacy of loquat leaves
The study aims to establish the relationship between(HPLC)fingerprinting and antioxidant activity, and to analyze and select the active components of loquat leaf. The study used different origins of loquat leaf as the research object, established its fingerprint profile, and used the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical scavenging method as the pharmacodynamic indicator of antioxidant activity.Principal component analysis,bivari-ate correlation analysis, and partial least squares regression analysis were used to study the relationship between the antioxidant activity profile and the effect, and the antioxidant substance basis was selected. The results showed that 11 batches of loquat leaf products were established with HPLC fingerprint profiles, with peaks 9(oleanolic acid)and 10(ursolic acid)as reference peaks, and 11 common peaks were determined. The similarity of the 11 batches of loquat leaf fingerprint profiles was 0.742~0.998.The results of principal component analysis, bivariate correlation analysis, and partial least squares regression analysis showed that peaks 4,5,6,7,9(oleanolic acid),and 10(ursolic acid)were important characteristic peaks reflecting the antioxidant pharmacodynamic effect of loquat leaf. The results of this experiment provide more comprehensive reference for the quality evaluation of loquat leaf.
