Research on reverse logistics network optimization of scrapped agricultural machinery in Lianyungang based on mixed integer linear programming model
To further effectively promote the recycling and replacement of scrapped agricultural machinery, this study takes Lianyungang as an example and constructs an optimization model for the reverse logistics network of scrapped agricultural machinery.Collect data through questionnaire surveys and field interviews, establish a mathematical model with the goal of minimizing costs using mixed integer linear programming(MILP)method, and solve it using LINGO software. The results indicate that the reverse logistics network for scrapped agricultural machinery in Lianyungang should use Dong-hai County,Guanyun County,Guannan County,Ganyu District, and Haizhou District as recycling points, and select Donghai County,Guanyun County, and Guannan County as professional processing/redistribution centers to minimize network operating costs. This study provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction and optimization of reverse logistics networks for waste agricultural machinery in Lianyungang and other regions.
