Improving Intercultural Conflict Management Competence of Foreign Language Learners Under the Guidance of POA
Guided by the theory of Production Oriented Approach(POA)and the connotation of conflict management in the inter-cultural competence assessment indicators,this study conducts two rounds of action research,aiming to explore a teaching path to enhance foreign language learners' intercultural conflict management competence.Based on the data from students' output,re-flective journals,and class observations,the results demonstrated that the teaching design based on POA could effectively help students identify cultural differences,analyze the reasons and resolve cultural conflicts.
