Exploring the Path of Industry-Talent Integration Based on Modern Industrial College of Local Universities——Taking Yancheng Institute of Technology as an Example
In order to respond to the local economic development of Yancheng,Yancheng Institute of Technology seizes the logical starting point of cracking the"two skins"of talent cultivation and industrial demand,and jointly builds,manages,and shares a modern industrial college with local governments,industry enterprises,and other multiple entities.However,from the overall sit-uation of talent cultivation in modern industrial colleges,the corresponding talent cultivation model is still in the exploratory stage.This article proposes to clarify the new standards and specifications for cultivating modern industrial talents,restructure the new framework of key competency and quality for modern industrial talents,construct a new curriculum system for modern indus-trial talent cultivation,optimize the teaching content of modern industrial talent cultivation,integrate educational resources for modern industrial talent cultivation,establish a new mechanism for evaluating modern industrial talent cultivation,and build a path for the integration of industry and academia and internal development in modern industrial colleges,in order to better achieve the goal of matching talent cultivation with industrial development.
