Research on Innovative Management of College Students Under the Concept of"Three Comprehensive Education"
With the rapid development of the market economy,the continuous deepening of China's higher education system re-form,and the increasingly complex ideological concepts of students,the traditional student management system,methods,and concepts have become difficult to adapt to the demands of the situation.It is urgent to adopt new ideas for innovation and reform.Based on the scientific connotation of comprehensive education,and in response to the current problems faced by student manage-ment,this paper establishes a management concept that combines hierarchy,timeliness,and scientificity;Innovative management methods such as ideological and political education,incentive management,and online education;Improve daily management,mental health education,employment and entrepreneurship,fully reflect the ideological significance of comprehensive education,and enhance the effectiveness of student management.
