The Concept,Logical Attribution and Practical Path of Data Literacy for Counselors
Data literacy refers to the ability of people to identify,collect,analyze,process,and use data,and to have innovative thinking about data,within the scope of law and ethics.Improving the data literacy of counselors,the national development plan is the logical cause,the actual education of colleges and universities is its inevitable requirement,and the construction of the counselor team is its endogenous driving force.To improve the data literacy of counselors,the country needs to make joint efforts from curriculum construction,revision of standards and base cultivation,schools need to make joint efforts from platform con-struction,system improvement and technical guidance,counselors strengthen awareness,improve skills and integrate knowledge and action,so as to comprehensively improve the date literacy and educational effectiveness of counselors.
