The"Fengqiao Model"is the experience of resolving social conflicts at the grassroots level under the leadership of the Party after the founding of New China.By drawing on the"Fengqiao Model",the construction of safe campuses in universities should be based on the concept of pluralistic and good governance,adhere to the people-oriented principle,and constantly con-solidate the awareness of serving the people;improve the system and mechanism,and constantly improve the efficiency of han-dling complex incidents;and constantly innovate the construction mode of safe campuses based on three dimensions.
