A Brief Analysis of the Development of Perspective in the Early Renaissance from the Expression of Painting
In the Renaissance period,perspective experienced three significant stages of development:early,middle and late.The research and innovative application of perspective made it possible for artists to reproduce the ancient Greco-Roman art at a higher level.The early Renaissance painting art is represented by Giotto,Masaccio,Uccello,Francesca and Botticelli.Through the exploration and expression of space in their paintings,this paper sorts out the development course of the early Renaissance perspective,and explores how the Renaissance created a new art frontier through perspective.
