高校思政融合育人逻辑应然与建设路向研究

摘要
"三全育人"模式是推动中国教育现代化进程中的关键策略,对于建立先进的思想政治教育体系和培养优秀人才体系至关重要.基于"三全育人"的核心理念,深入分析高校在融合思政教育中遇到的挑战,讨论融合教育模式应有的逻辑框架.通过营造育人氛围、推进内涵式建设、推动融合育人常态化、建立并培育融合育人的长效机制等,探索提升高校思政教育融合的有效路径,以期为高校思政融合育人模式的变革和质量提升提供理论、实践的指导和建议.
Abstract
"Three-All Education"model is a key strategy for promoting the modernization of education in China,crucial for estab-lishing an advanced ideological and political education system and cultivating an excellent talent system.Based on the core con-cept of"Three-All Education",this paper deeply analyzes the challenges faced by universities in integrating ideological and polit-ical education and discusses the logical framework that such an integrated education model should have.By creating an education-al atmosphere,advancing substantive construction,promoting the normalization of integrated education,and establishing and cul-tivating a long-term mechanism for integrated education,this study explores effective paths to enhance the integration of ideolog-ical and political education in universities,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance and suggestions for the transforma-tion and improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the integrated education model in universities.
