摘要
在老龄化趋势日益加剧背景下,构建健康、快乐、有尊严的社会养老服务体系日益成为政府关注的焦点问题,高质量发展成为社会养老服务发展主旋律.盐城社会养老服务高质量发展已取得一定成效,但还面临着老龄化程度不断加深、速度不断加快、高龄化和空巢化现象突出、社会养老服务区域分布不均、市场化进程较弱、养老服务体系有进一步提升空间等难点与挑战.从政府对社会养老服务高质量发展的引导完善社会治理体系、改善家庭在社会养老中的认知、发挥社会媒体宣传能力、出台鼓励老龄群体参与社会经济政策等方面提出完善思路.
Abstract
In the context of the increasing aging trend,the construction of a healthy,happy,and dignified social elderly care service system has increasingly become the focus of the government' s attention,and high-quality development has become the main theme of the development of social elderly care services. The high-quality development of social elderly care services in Yancheng has achieved certain results,but it still faces difficulties and challenges such as the deepening degree of aging,the ac-celerating speed,the prominent aging and empty-nesting phenomenon,the uneven regional distribution of social elderly care serv-ices,the weak marketization process,and the room for further improvement of the elderly care service system. This paper propo-ses improvement ideas from several aspects:the government' s guidance on the high-quality development of social elderly care services,improving the social governance system,enhancing the family's understanding of social elderly care,leveraging the pos-itive publicity of social media,and introducing policies to encourage the elderly to participate in social and economic activities.
