The Current Situation and Optimization Strategies for the Development of Talent Cultivation Programs in Local Application-oriented Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Three Local Application-oriented Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province
This article takes the talent cultivation programs of three application-oriented colleges and universities in Jiangsu Prov-ince as an example to analyze the design and implementation of talent cultivation programs in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. The problems and attribution in the formulation and implementation of talent cultivation programs for applied under-graduate colleges are analyzed,and suggestions for optimizing talent cultivation programs for applied undergraduate colleges are proposed from three levels:improvement mechanism,implementation mechanism,and guarantee mechanism.
