20世纪后期,世界高新技术、尖端技术呈现出相互渗透、交叉综合的发展趋势.日本高等教育主动适应经济社会与科技发展的新要求,通过改革高等教育制度、创新学科组织、设置新学科、构建综合课程等途径,促进学科的交叉与融合,使一批大学步入世界一流大学的行列.日本大学学科建设的实践经验对于中国高校改革学科体制机制、重塑新型教学科研组织、合理配置学科资源、构建综合课程体系具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
In the late 20th century,global high-tech and cutting-edge technology began to exhibit a trend of mutual penetration and interdisciplinary integration. Japanese higher education has proactively adapted to the new requirements of economic,social,and technological development by reforming higher education systems,innovating academic organizations,establishing new disci-plines,and constructing integrated curricula. These efforts have facilitated the intersection and integration of disciplines,enab-ling several universities to join the ranks of world-class institutions. The practical experience of Japanese universities in discipline construction offers valuable insights for Chinese universities in reforming discipline systems and mechanisms,reshaping new teaching and research organizations,rationally allocating disciplinary resources,and constructing integrated curriculum systems.
