Based on the practice of undergraduate education teaching audit evaluation,this study examines the relationship be-tween teaching archives in university faculties and audit evaluations. It analyzes the characteristics of teaching archives in univer-sity faculties and the main issues in digital management. The study advocates for improving the digital management of teaching ar-chives in university faculties through the establishment of new digital management systems,enhancement of digital construction,development of professional teams for digital archives,and increased awareness of resource development,utilization,and infor-mation security.
