摘要

商业空间的发展是北京历史街区各类功能空间发展的重要组成部分.作为与居民关系最为密切的空间类型,胡同社区服务类商业空间成为街区保护与整治过程中的重点.文章以国子监历史文化街区为例,通过对该街区的商业空间的实地调研,总结出该街区的社区服务类商业空间中存在的具体问题,并从政府引导、空间营造、公众使用这3个方面出发,对该街区此类空间的优化提升提出建议.
