摘要

本研究基于教育现象学视角,对8名幼儿园新手教师进行访谈,探寻其职业内疚体验的样貌、结构、特征.研究发现,新手教师的职业内疚情境分为误伤幼儿、他人在场和反观自我三方面,职业内疚结构包括自责、追悔、惭惶、羞愧、尴尬、失落、心虚七种类型.新手教师的职业内疚体验呈现出内倾性和外感性、深刻性和弥散性、唤醒性和调节性的主体特征.

Abstract

This study adopts an educational phenomenology perspective and conducts interviews with eight novice kindergarten teachers to explore the profile,structure,and characteristics of their professional guilt experiences.The research reveals that the professional guilt situation of novice teachers can be divided into three aspects:unintentional injury to young children,presence of others,and self-reflection.The structure of professional guilt includes seven types:self-blame,regret,fear,shame,embarrassment,loss,and guilt.The professional guilt experience of novice teachers exhibits subjective characteristics of introversion and extraversion,profundity and dispersion,as well as arousal and moderation.
