摘要
本研究采用文本分析法、德尔菲法、问卷法和层次分析法,通过初步构建、修订与检验以及各层级指标权重的确定,最终形成了由3 个一级指标、9个二级指标、33个三级指标构成的幼儿园教师游戏观察素养评价指标体系.经检验,信效度较高、结构维度及权重分配较合理.该指标体系可有效诊断幼儿园教师游戏观察素养水平,促进教师游戏观察素养的提升.
Abstract
This study utilized text analysis,the Delphi method,the questionnaire method,and the analytic hierarchy process.Through preliminary construction,revision,and testing,and by determining the weights of indicators at each level,we finally developed an evaluation indicator system for game observation literacy of kindergarten teachers.This system consists of three primary indicators,nine secondary indicators,and thirty-three tertiary indicators.After testing,we found that the reliability and validity of the system are high,and the structural dimensions and weight allocation are reasonable.This demonstrates that the indicator system is relatively scientific and reasonable and can effectively diagnose the level of game observation literacy among kindergarten teachers and promote the improvement of their game observation literacy.
