摘要

信度、效度和公平性是学前教育质量评价的三个基本测量学属性.本文基于《教育与心理测量标准》中信度、效度和公平性的基本内涵,结合学前教育质量评价的基本特点,阐述学前教育质量评价的信度、效度和公平性以及三者间的相互关系,并针对当前学前教育质量评价测量学属性研究进展,进一步指出未来信度、效度和公平性探索的主要方向和方法.

Abstract

Reliability,validity,and fairness are the three fundamental attributes of quality assessment in preschool education.This article explores the basic connotations of these attributes,as outlined in the Education and Psychological Measurement Standards,and combines them with the unique characteristics of preschool education quality assessment.We provide an in-depth discussion of the reliability,validity,and fairness of preschool education quality assessment,as well as the interrelationships among them.Additionally,we highlight the main directions and methods for exploring reliability,validity,and fairness in future research,based on the current progress in the measurement attributes of preschool education quality assessment.
